I have been working at Panera Bread part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome food which means delicious lunches on every shift. Good discount. Overall a good company and treats employees fairly.

    Cons

My location can get extremely busy and management doesn't always schedule enough people to cover all the chaos. It can be frustrating but I've gotten used to dealing with short staff

I have been working at Panera Bread part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers are great. Managers are very flexible with scheduling and it's easy to take time off.

    Cons

It is a very fast paced environment which requires you to work hard, however the pay does not match the work you preform. Raises are almost never given and most employees start at minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Give raises to people who deserve them. When an employee is hard-working and loyal they should be rewarded with even a small raise, not by having to see new people get hired at a higher starting pay.
