    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Panini America as a contractor

    Pros

There are some really good people working here. The pay is fair and benefits reasonable with some flexibility of hours.

    Cons

The society of clicks is reminiscent of the worst times in high school and is rampant amongst the line staff. Unfortunately, management seems inclined to endorse the click atmosphere. To further complicate this is petty in fighting between VP's that seems encouraged by the CEO. Also, communications is extremely weak but mostly because of the clicks and managerial support of the clicks.

    Advice to Management

The parent company needs to dump all the executives and most the director level management to start over. The clicks and VP in-fighting facilitated by the CEO will limit this company's potential and can only be overcome by starting over.
