    Pros

i like people and you get to meet a lot of them. I dont mind working hard its good for you and if I am payed decently all the better.

    Cons

Pour pay for high risk to our selves and vehicles wear and tear. lack of respect at workplace from managment.

    Advice to Management

Keep underpaying your staff especially those that work hard for you and soon you can train more indivduals with min. work experience whom can ruin your customer relationships and put you in the poor house. lol You get what you pay for! Not every individual should have to recieve minimum payment for their contribution to your bottom line. Maybe you could pretend you give a hoot about the inequality of pay between the stores in large metro areas and stores in more rural areas due to delivery distances allowing for longer deliveries i e fewer deliveries, and less pay, Don't just remind them of how many applications you have on your desk. 1 out of 10 might do as well as I at my job, good luck finding that individual on your quest to train these applicants which have to many tickets to hire, wont have a decent work ethic, will call in sick after 1 wk, etc.etc.etc.

    Pros

The environment was slightly fast paced, but not overwhelming. It was a great first job, teaching good skills to new workers. The managers were decent, not unfair. The work itself wasn't too strenuous.

    Cons

No breaks where I was working. It was tough on the longer days, and it would have been nice to get a good 15 minute break.

    Advice to Management

Teach the new employees how to do everything before setting them off onto the force. Don't teach along the way.
