I have been working at Papa John's full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Upper management provides you the freedom to do your job (GM) without micro-managing. The bonus structure can reward hard work after you hit your numbers.

Cons

Long hours (48+ a week), lack of advancement with franchise. Not a whole lot of benefits.

Advice to Management

Know that this job is harder than it pays.

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced working experience, great food and hangout place for friends and families

    Cons

No food isn't free (despite the abundance), Constant changing of authority, Pay wasn't amazing, Promotions rarely offered.

    Advice to Management

Find out more about the people you hire, and once you put people in charge (Managers, Assistant managers) try not to switch it up. Its confusing to the people under them.
