    Really good opportunity to make some solid money.

    Cons

    wearing white aprons/shirts hard to keep clean, sometimes no break, don't really get employee discounts, sometimes not a lot of teamwork, clientele can be crappy sometimes, not cap on the tipout

    some management is extremely lazy

    Depending on management on your location, the work environment can be absolutely wonderful or completely dreadful. I’ve worked with great managers who are out there on the floor with their employees helping and encouraging; then I’ve worked with managers who just stand there barking orders everyday.     Managers won’t allow you to work 35-40 hours a week because they are too concerned about getting in trouble with the higher ups if you get overtime, so they might cut you or send you home without notice.

    Have better communication and understanding with your employees that you know work hard.
