    Depending on management on your location, the work environment can be absolutely wonderful or completely dreadful. I’ve worked with great managers who are out there on the floor with their employees helping and encouraging; then I’ve worked with managers who just stand there barking orders everyday.     Managers won’t allow you to work 35-40 hours a week because they are too concerned about getting in trouble with the higher ups if you get overtime, so they might cut you or send you home without notice.

    Advice to Management

    Have better communication and understanding with your employees that you know work hard.

    The work isn't very difficult as long as you've served before and have a patient head.

    Cons

    Nights can be late, and money isn't very consistent. Not performance based so not alot of room to move up.
