Pros

decent money and fellow waiters where nice. The training was great and the food was great. overall a good company just not a great location.

Cons

unprofessional gm. the management needs work on being better managers. I dont have any other negative things to say about pappas

Advice to Management

positive feedback is necessary for some people. The GM should not try to make his employees feel inferior on a daily basis or ever.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Great opportunities for advancement
    Fast pace environment
Opportunity to learn every aspect of the restaurant business
    Performance driven reviews and promotions

    Cons

Must work large amount of hours to make decent money
    work / life balance nonexistent
Must work rotating schedules, nights/weekends, and any exceptions to this are frowned upon

    Advice to Management

Need to rethink expectations of employees. A 60 hour per week minimum work load is no way to keep managers fresh and excited about the "constant innovation" the company is known for.
