    I have been working at Paragon Group of Companies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    People are fun. Good atmosphere. They help with taking time off or changing shifts where they can.

    Cons

    Wages should be higher. Lack of common sense when introducing new policies. Management doesn't seem to do anything. Feedback meetings are pointless as nothing changes.

    Advice to Management

    Seriously take on board feedback given by people that do the job and not other department responsible for coming up with processes.

    Pros

    Some great people, lots of locations, UK based.

    Cons

    Below average compensation and benefit scheme, depressing morale, company not bothered about employee concerns, favouritism, lazy managers no training or induction process.

    Advice to Management

    Rethink your strategy when it comes to staff, your most important asset is struggling and you will not retain them. No healthcare benefit, poor pension and average salary alongside an increasing workload to stretch the budget will only result in disaster.
