    No support from management, HR needs improving, long hours

    Be more professional and pro active with staff. Listen to people's opinions to change things.

    I have been working at Paragon Group of Companies full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    People are fun. Good atmosphere. They help with taking time off or changing shifts where they can.

    Cons

    Wages should be higher. Lack of common sense when introducing new policies. Management doesn't seem to do anything. Feedback meetings are pointless as nothing changes.

    Advice to Management

    Seriously take on board feedback given by people that do the job and not other department responsible for coming up with processes.
