Pros

Great culture, great atmosphere - lot's of young people. Great ethos about conducting yourself with professionalism and candour - great training too.

Cons

You have to love Sales. Work can be a little repetitive sometimes - but so can most work, am I right?

I have been working at Pareto Law (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good job opportunities especially for graduates
    Training and mentoring available

    Cons

On the assessment day the ones that were the loudest were selected. Prepare to brag about yourself, and if you've got nothing great to brag about , make something up ( I've noticed that it works). Also, shout as much as you can and take control of the conversations that you engage in. Also, according to the guy that delivered our presentation 'the highest heels and a dress should do it' . Very unprofessional. Also, make sure you ask questions so that you get noticed . And shout!
I was considered unsuccessful and feedback was not provided at all.

    Advice to Management

Less arrogance would be massively appreciated by the applicants, especially when they travel across the country just for a 3 min chat with you.

I have been working at Pareto Law full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Really good youthful culture.
    - Senior sales people are great to learn from.
    - Will always support you if you're struggling you just need to ask!
    - Ability to do all the sales training for free.

    Cons

    - Very cliquey culture.
    - Poor work life balance.
    - Minimal reward for extra work / engagement.
    - Poor salaries and commission structure particular before getting to a senior sales position.
    - Managers aren't natural leaders and are typical just very good sales people that were resilient enough to stick it out.

    Advice to Management

    - Address the salary challenges for people.
    - Upskill the managers as they are generally just the best sales people that stuck it out long enough.
    - Keep supporting when people struggle (as you already are so more of a keep doing the same)
    - Listen to employee points more often.
