Cons

- Small salary growth, lots of my colleagues were receiving money much lower than market could offer. And I wasn't receiving salary I asked for - Low level of communication culture. I often faced with rudeness and toxicity in different departments. Sexist, racist and just rude comments and jokes were extremely often to hear unfortunately. Even from C-level managers -Ignoring situations of sexual harassment by HRs - Bureaucracy - The company has constant changes and a high level of chaos and uncertainty. there will be no stability here
