    Always get your 40 plus OT and great perks and benefits and better starting pay than most jobs

    Cons

    They are really proper and sticklers on being late even if it’s 1-5 minutes

    I worked at Park Place Dealerships full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Excellent work/life balance, lots of time off, great vacation benefits, freedom to work your own deals without going back and forth.

    Cons

    Unbelievably awful pay plan - much greater responsibility than other places with far less compensation. Mgmt holds salespeople accountable yet are not accountable to salespeople. There is no real traffic, all opportunities must generated by incessantly calling orphan customers.

    Advice to Management

    If salespeople are going to do the job of both finance mgr and salesperson they should be compensated accordingly. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad the pay was for all that’s expected of you. If this group was as good as they congratulate themselves for being they’d be unstoppable. Working here was a supreme disappointment.
