Pros

Free Adjustments from Chiro Interns

Cons

In a very bad neighborhood (lots of strip clubs, attempted carjackings in broad daylight, break ins, etc). Large sweeping restructuring and layoffs come suddenly. Constant budgetary problems. The atmosphere is often angry and tense and lots of people feel frustrated and unhappy, students and employees alike.

I have been working at Parker University full-time

    Pros

Parker has a caring staff that really works for the best interest of the student.
Parker has a commitment toward striving to be the best for preparing graduates.
There are a variety of program offerings and more to come in the future.
The DFW area is rapidly growing so it's a great place to live after graduation.

Overall, I really enjoy working with everyone here at Parker University. As with any job, there are people who make accomplishing tasks difficult but overall everyone comes from a place of love for decision making.

    Cons

    Interdepartmental communication could be improved.

    Advice to Management

The Business Office seems to be the one department who does not have the best interests of Parker University, its staff and students in mind when making decisions.
