Pros

Good for your resume for the future. It was fun because of the people I worked with. It really depends on your teller group.

Cons

The pay wasn't that great- but I did get a nice deferred compensation package. If you stay 5 years you become vested.

    Pros

    Plenty of interaction with other coworkers. Proximity to home is good if you live in the NW suburbs.

    Limited communication between upper management and other officers/staff on key issues.
