    Pros

PB pays well and is quick to bring you on when they think you can bring them a client or more billable hours.

    Cons

The upper management is all about saving their own jobs and avoiding any kind of risks, hence they do not support you even when you are doing what they ask. It is a political mess filled with dinasours. The doers are penalized and the ones that do not stick their necks out and just want to get bye, survive. They lay off talent when billable hours are scarce, but keep politically connected paper pushers.

    Advice to Management

Diversify your upper management. They are all Good Old Boys, that resists change when the world has changed. PB gets 95% of its work from DOT, and is afraid of international work because of some bad experiences in the past. Emerging markets is where all the work is.
