Middle management seems to care about people on their teams.
Cons
No benefits whatsoever for Brazilian contractors. No PTO. You basically have to pay to get a day off. They claim this would count as PTO because they "adjusted" our wages a couple of years ago -- not how that works. No holidays. Hours are not flexible, despite hiring Brazilians as business contractors.
