    Pros

A great mission is paramount here. In addition to that the people who work at the Partnership are talented and passionate individuals. Also, the organization is very well respected in the Federal Human Capital area. The work is engaging, important and interesting...not to mention free bagels and juice, professional development and great relationships with senior staff.

    Cons

Pay is comensurate with non-profits, which is to be expected. But, the benefits are still strong. Some of the work could be more interdisciplinary, I guess.

    Advice to Management

I would encourage them to keep doing what they are doing, and push the staff to "stay hungry". With great success sometimes comes complacency.

I worked at Partnership for Public Service as an intern

    Pros

    - fast growing, exciting company
    - so much free food
    - upper level management is accessible
    - professional training sessions
    - lots of PTO

    Cons

the level of work for interns varies dramatically. I was luckily constantly busy but other interns would sometimes do nothing all day

    Advice to Management

make sure fellow supervisors have adequately prepared work for their fellow to do
