I have been working at Patrice & Associates full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Very good training and support from the leadership. Flexibility and freedom to run your business within the guidelines. We hit our financial goals in our very first year. If you follow the training and use the systems you can succeed. You can add clients on your own that can increase your earnings and the value of your franchise.

Cons

You must have a consistent focused effort to succeed. One must understand themselves and if you truly will adjust to working at home and the discipline it takes... to make the consistent effort you need to succeed. Mental toughness is needed, as with ANY business, there are ups and downs. T

Advice to Management

The national clients are solid and you can add value and earnings by adding your own clients. If you want to grow a bigger business, you need to add recruiters and perhaps a bit of administrative or research assistance. It takes about 60-90 days to understand the systems and what it takes to recruit. Working from home is not for everyone! There are no short cuts to success....work the system.

I have been working at Patrice & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros - you work hard for very little return - treated terribly and blamed for the lack of hires. Contact all franchisees and ask them how much they are making - they wont tell you. That is the first indication right there.

    Cons

I've been treated poorly - not pleased with the tone or the lack of respect. Ask the franchisees when you make your calls.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people with respect.

I have been working at Patrice & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You do have the ability to work your own schedule and that flexibility is nice. There are multiple jobs listed with many companies so it is an extremely competitive market.

    Cons

Too many recruiters chasing the very few top candidates. It seems to be more of a resume mill or you are expected to make cold calls trying to snag a manager from an existing job. I wish there were more "real" jobs listed as compared to the same companies simply re-listing their needs. I would NOT buy a franchise again.

    Advice to Management

Work on the quality instead of the quantity of jobs listed.
