I have been working at Paul Mueller full-time

    Pros

Paul Mueller Company has great people within its walls. The Management team actually cares and it's evident in the changes and improvements that have been made here in the last 5 years. Cons

The organization is stuck with promoting marginal employees to management because it is unable to...

    Advice to Management

Anyone that has been around for a while should be scrutinized. If their not up to the new "culture" then there really is not "New Culture"
