However, the recent push toward IPO seems to be creating an identity crisis. Teams are moving fast, but not always in sync. Communication can be siloed, and it always feels like no one really knows what the others are doing.
The culture, which was once heavily people-focused, is starting to show strain under performance pressure. Expectations are sometimes unclear, especially in new or evolving roles, and there isn’t always the structure or support you’d expect from a company growing at this pace.
