I worked at Paychex full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good pay and commission strategy. Great benefits, they treat salespeople who are meeting quota and above extremely well, great training opportunity in New York.

Cons

For training, you will be required to stay for 2 weeks and then go back for a third week. The first time you'll be given your own room, but the second stay you'll have a roommate. Churn and burn company in the sales division. Quota is high and tough.

I have been working at Paychex full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There is a lot of training for some jobs. Pay is average for some jobs. Stress levels go way up at year end.

    Cons

Very little upward movement. Most positions at branch level are very hard to get. Very old technology.

    Advice to Management

12 years to update a program in ridiculous. Outsource programmers but get your programs up to date and working correctly.
