Training not that great regardless of all the awards you see they earn. If you are new to the industry, you are in trouble as the training is more helpful for those who already know the industry. They have a push you out of the company philosophy if you don't perform with no support to help you improve. Scare tactics to perform or you will lose your job. HR non existing when reporting incidents which is crazy coming from a company sells HR services. They need to practice what they preach. Crazy high turnover. Bad culture from the top
