Great benefits. RSUs if you qualify.

          Cons

Not sure where to start. When I started 4 years ago the culture and people were wonderful. The job was manageable and the stress was low. It’s all shifted. The culture has tanked. Team morale is depressingly low and we are tasked with taking more and more on, with no raise in compensation. My team is working countless hours of OT off the clock since we aren’t supposed to utilize OT but then we fall so far behind. The work life balance used to be wonderful. Also gone because all I think of on my days off is what I might have missed because we keep being asked to do more than our position requires and it’s like we are drowning. Was hired as work from home, now I have to come to office, which is less than 30 miles (28.7) takes me 1-1.5 hours also taking away from my work life balance. Missing my kids games and school activities due to the drive. I’m just overall sad. I was so happy to get my position here and now I’m disappointed.

Hello, does anyone know of Susan Riedel because she is my hiring manager and said I received the position although has not responded in a day. Is she employed at this company or is this a job scam?

hey guys, i’m an early career professional and I recently interviewed for an entry level role in procurement. is it a red flag if it was hinted / mentioned a few times during the interviews that the role will be stressful? 🥲 I haven’t done much interviewing as I’m pretty fresh in my career so for them to explicitly mention it will be stressful was a first
