Flexible hours, Owner somewhat understanding of employee problems and issues, owner was somewhere between a micro-manager and a leave you alone type, owner was friendly and very knowledgeable
Cons
Management was overbearing at times and understanding at others, and there was no way to tell which way the owner was going to be on any given day.
