The team spirit is truly great and people are very supportive. Colleagues are cooperative and the overall environment is friendly, which makes day to day work enjoyable.
Cons
There are many unclear areas within the upper management structure and in the internal procedures. Decisions can sometimes feel difficult to understand and there are moments when employees are let go without a clear explanation, while new team members from lower cost regions are brought in.
