Pros

Plenty of technology to get your hands on. Has never laid anyone off.

It is a bit understaffed.

    great path to experience of the industry and opportunity to capitalize on large deals

    Cons

    management is limited within the regions as they travel quite frequently and rarely are knowledgeable which limits the resources available toi you as you on-board and gain experience

    I worked at Peak 10 full-time

    Pros

    You will work with some of the best people possible. The culture was fantastic but when I left in the beginning of 2017 it was headed downhill.

    Cons

    No actual room for growth or movement unless you are one of the buddies of the C Suite or in the TAC. They will hire from outside before promoting from within.
    HR leadership plays favorites.
    So far behind in product development and lack of sales training they are moving backwards instead of forwards. Can't keep up with the industry and are getting left behind.

    Advice to Management

    Finish your plan of growing it to sell it. Then get rid of most of the VPs and up.
