Peakon surveys aren't anonymous, be careful!
Dec 28, 2018 - Anonymous Employee in Copenhagen, Capital RegionRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
If you work in the Copenhagen office, there will be cheap food catered and beer in the fridge. Good if you fancy getting hammered at work.
Cons
Company is growing faster than its own legs. That gave a false sense of power and authority to incompetent people. It is easy to witness managers literally crying due to emotional distress. High school mentality. Popularity and favoritism play a big role. Easy to spot employees having inappropriate relationships with their managers for personal gain. Unlimited vacation is a blatant lie. Salary model is a lie. Employees in the inner circle get payed more regardless of their level. Warrant program is worthless.
Continue readingHello, It’s really disheartening to hear of an experience like this at Peakon. There’s a lot here to discuss, but there are a few points that I think are important to stress. Peakon surveys are absolutely anonymous. No one at Peakon can attribute a name to any survey response. I have been clear that if someone provides very detailed feedback, about very individual circumstances, then they do so knowing that it may be obvious who has left such a comment. But that in no way means the surveys are anonymous. Names are never attributed to responses and it’s not possible to break down data to identify individuals. Not for Peakon as an organisation or anyone else using the platform. Our salary model has always been used robustly and is now more transparent than ever, with the salaries of all roles being published. Across the vast majority of the business our unlimited holiday policy is enjoyed and people take very adequate holiday. I hope our recent communication around the importance of this will ensure everyone takes the holiday that they’d like to. All managers will be held accountable for promoting this. If this isn't happening - come and tell me! It’s simply quite upsetting that you feel the channels we have at Peakon to discuss any of these topics are not available to you. Without greater discussion, it’s not completely clear what we could have done differently. But perhaps I can hope that in the time that’s passed since you provided this comment you began to feel differently. As ever, I will sit down with you and discuss this and action it. Cheers, Phil
