    I worked at Pearson full-time

    Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Great co-workers, worked together to complete assigned tasks. Focused higher management, they know where they want to company to go in the future.

    Cons

There are those who do and those who manage. Middle management lacks proper training and foresight. If you have a good personal relationship with your manager you are more apt to be promoted over harder working team members.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to be more mindful about who they are hiring into middle management positions.

I worked at Pearson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great training: Professional Selling Skills
    Salaries are competitive, bonus uncapped
Light work load during the summer

    Cons

Extremely heavy work load during the selling season
Very high turnover rate. In one sales meeting product session, over 50% of the reps in the room were brand new
Very clique-ish, felt a bit like 7th grade
    Management can be downright catty
