Negative Outlook

I have been working at Pearson full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good work-life balance, mostly. It is a place where you will learn a lot of things as young people are given a lot of opportunities to do things on their own.

Cons

Senior management lacks vision, and it is a very top heavy structure. The HR department in India is biased, high-handed and unfair.

    Pros

It's a multinational company, so it has a lot to grow and offer.

    Cons

It's still establishing itself on Latin America, so it needs a little improvement in some areas.
