I have been working at Pearson full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pearson is the world leader in learning solutions. The main market for the Assessment and Instruction business is schools, but there is also a large presence in clinical assessments. Big usually means lots of resources.

    Cons

The downside of big means slow. It is difficult to determine who the "Go To" person is for a specific task, and often there are multiple people that are responsible for sub-tasks for a job.

I have been working at Pearson full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There are incredible people at this company. I've been challenged and developed and rewarded for my talents and hard work.

    Cons

The industry is changing and Pearson, like all companies, is struggling to figure out how they can meet the challenges of today's teachers and learners best.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting the development of the sales organization and evolve the bonus plan each year.
