    Pros

Honestly, this has been one of the best jobs I have ever had. LOTS of pros. The two that mean the most to me are the flexibility and culture. Pearson is super flexible in time and work/life balance. They have always encouraged me to take time off whenever I need it and to move my schedule around for what suits me and my life best. Their culture is spot on and what I appreciate most is that they 100% practice what they preach. They don't only say they are diversity, minority, and LBGTQIA+ friendly, but they actually institute policies, follow through with them, and go above and beyond to support these effort in a multitude of ways. I have always felt included and welcome at Pearson. Flexibility, pay, culture, diversity, remote

It's tough to come up with too many cons really because I am so impressed with a lot of how Pearson treats their employees. One con that I have found is that trying to get HR stuff or benefits stuff taken care of at times has been difficult. Some of their offerings are really hard to work through and get updated and very few of the HR people are able to understand WHY certain things are happening, but give a blanket answer of it is programmed into the system that way.
