Pros
Company wants to try new things but doesn’t really invest in itself to do these things. Company owner and CEO has his hands in everything and believes he’s doing a good job at keeping people happy but the alternative is happening. If you are leaving a good job to come here think again. The pros are not good enough and the company also doesn’t really offer competitive salaries in comparison with the industry in my opinion
Cons
When you put all your eggs in a offshore company that doesn’t invest in your success and you continue to ride the same ship for many years, the quality in your product will continue to suffer. If you do not invest in tooling that many industry leaders are utilizing then you relegate yourself to failure.
