No real HR team: 2/3 of their HR is their CFO and CEO. When the company has 400+ employees, this is no longer acceptable. CEO hides behind this fact and has the CFO be the face of HR. Peddle brags about employee perks, but one is ClassPass…good luck using that. I tried booking appointments 12 times and all of them were cancelled on me. Management can be passive-aggressive and severe micro-managers.
