Excellent ethically, fantastic technology, great sense of social responsibility, cares about its employees. Customer success with the technology is front and center to the ideology and the initiatives moving forward in 2023.
Cons
Internally, not much discipline. Despite "one Pega" intention, lost of silos, mainly because too many people involved in any one project, deal or task. Sales discipline is non-existent and sales maturity is not strong. Tactical vs strategic approach, although the company is determined to become more strategic it is struggling to do so.
