Pros

You get too see a lot of interesting cases in the lab. The name of the hospital looks good on a resume.

Cons

Insanely busy and the money does not make up for it. Stayed overtime way too many times because the work volume is unmanageable. The most disorganized place I’ve ever worked. Training new employees is a mess since the turnover is so high. Extremely hard to get time off because the lab is extremely understaffed. The manager will not hesitate to mandate you when there are holes in the schedule. The standards of the lab could be way higher.
