A small team so at times you need to work long hours

    Pros

    Mid-lower level employees are capable but can't break the mold
    Has a fantastic IT team that develops innovative products and has the potential to be pathbreaking for the company

    Cons

    Inept management
    Autocratic and downright stupid at being autocratic
    Abusive workplace
    Refuses to allow people to demonstrate their own capabilities.
    Often purges onto Public Relations territory which is frankly not what researchers want to do
    Quantiative research heavy and therefore inflexible in trying qualitative techniques

    Advice to Management

    Lets the guys who know research run the place or its not going to last for long

    Big clients, good resume builder, can learn a lot in a short amount of time if you want to put in the work. Leave with diversified and fairly flexible skill set.

    Cons

    Not a place to stay if you want a real career.
