Most negative reviews are from years ago, before PBI leadership changed and put an updated business model in place. Great staff, opportunities to develop skills and learn new things, competitive benefits, employees able to weigh in and influence direction of business, PBI cares genuinely about taking care of customers, top quality products
Cons
Sometimes still a bit slow to move, but getting better. Things are changing quickly so staff must be comfortable with that environment and willing to learn new things, adapt.

Pros
There are some great people who work at PBI who care about their fellow employees. The benefits are pretty good: paid vacations, sick days, holidays, a health care plan that's not too expensive.
Cons
The pay is poor for everyone except the lawyers and people who have been there forever. Instead of pay raises based on your personal performance, they sometimes give raises to everyone. But they keep losing customers so no raises in 2015. The lawyers make all the decisions, some of them disastrous. No matter how much experience you had at other companies, no matter how much you know, what you do, if you are not an attorney, you are going nowhere and you can't change it. They may sometimes ask for input but they don't value your opinion, they are just going through the motions. There is so much wrong with this place.
