      Pros

Pay is excellent, job is easy, especially compared to other companies. The bosses leave you alone for the most part. Get your deliveries done and don't hit anything youre golden. Electric jack for the job. Again this job is easy, and they pay well for whats expected. 90% of the time you're given the proper equipment for the run, (trailer size) if you can't make it bring it back. The bosses are mostly pretty easy going. Decent group of people working here, fairly happy environment. You can say NO if you don't think driving in certain conditions is a good idea.

      Cons

New guys, just bare with the crazy schedule, it gets better over time. The hours can be tough. Runs start anywhere from 11pm to 6am. There are some afternoon runs. Naturally dont make any plans after work. Some places you will sweat and stress backing in, its a wee bit tight, just relax, you'll be fine. They will try to convince you to go out in the weather.

        Cons

Pay is a little under market value.

          Pros

The pay opportunities are great. High pay, Holiday pay, overtime, on call.

          Cons

Management is stuck in high school. If they don’t like you, they don’t plan to teach you anything or promote you. Management plays favorites and picks on the ones they don’t like. Days are constantly busy and drowning with customers and calls. Management hides in their offices and doesn’t help. But will find time in the day to constantly tear you down about how bad everyone is doing and 100 more tasks you need to complete. Your manager can be gone 3 times a week for appointments and everything else. But you are expected to work weekends and evening shifts on a dime with no exceptions. You are also not told this whatsoever when you are hired! I hate working here with a passion. Everyday I go home so angry and cry. The only thing positive is the paycheck.

        Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

Got booted from my former position about 4 years ago, which I LOVED. I have the impression I was "kept" in sympathy. Now that I have my feet beneath me, I feel like I'm running in place. Over the past 2 years, I've probably applied for about 100 positions in other departments. True, a few were unlikely moonshots, but for the most part I didn't misrepresent myself. Am I the world's worst interviewer? Otherwise.. shouldn't I have been accepted elsewhere, by choice?

        Administrative Assistant

I haven't worked since Jan. 2020 when my job as administrative assistant for the Hospitalist group was eliminated. I can't begin to count the number of applications submitted, interviews I've had, jobs that I was told were mine then they weren't, etc. Several jobs have fallen through or not panned out. I am not a job hopper and want to stay where I go. I have a zoom interview tomorrow for a front desk receptionist position at an oral surgeon's office. Any interview tips are appreciated.

Hey all, I’m looking for advice on program manager hypothetical interviews such as: “what would you do if X happened?” Is there a particular thing or core value that Bloomberg looks for? Thanks!
