Pros

Peoplefluent is definitely on the rise! The Chairman of the board is an innovator in the marketplace and is providing the resources to achieve a strategic vision of an integrated talent management suite. It is extremely exciting to work with cutting edge products such as our workforce analytics, mobile, and social products. Also, Peoplefluent has and is working to implement internally many of these products and I really enjoyed using them as a client.

There is also a lot of fresh new talent. I believe around 100 people were hired in 2012? In any case, the offices are filling up and People are putting a lot of work to bring Peoplefluent to the next level.

If you are looking to join a software company that has a lot of upwards momentum and opportunities to work with market leading products, this is the place to work.

Cons

I'm in the Boston office and it is far from the city. As a young professional, I'd like to work closer to the energy and bustle that Boston offers.

Advice to Management

Benefits and continuing the trends of transparancy and communication.

    Pros

Engineering at Authoria's Austin office was a good enough place to work. Some of the work is challenging and I didn't have to work long hours. Everybody in the office was pleasant.

    Cons

There were not a lot of opportunities for career advancement in the Austin office. They don't seem to like having anybody above a first-line manager outside of HQ.

    Advice to Management

You seem to be doing a pretty good job running the place. The only advice I have is to maybe use your own products a bit more.
