    Pros

PeopleFluent's EMEA Customer Conference that took place this week in London sums up what's truly great about PeopleFluent: a fantastic team in the London office, led by a tenured leader as Managing Director; customer and partner discussions that balance innovation with pragmatic sharing of ways to use talent solutions in real business contexts; and most of all the energetic and appreciative customer community turning out in force to share ideas. The excitement about the product, the energy of the team, and the satisfaction of the customer community all combine to make this a great time to be at PeopleFluent -- in offices all over the world.

    Cons

Not really a con but a caution: if you are not a creative problem solver or customer-centric, PeopleFluent may not be the right choice. The company is in the business of not just offering software solutions, but really working collaboratively with our clients to solve business problems. Those that find energy in working in that manner with some of the best-known brands will thrive in the energetic culture of PeopleFluent.

    Advice to Management

Continue to offer great programs like the 401(k) match along with other valuable benefits of being part of PeopleFluent.

I have been working at PeopleFluent full-time

    Pros

PeopleFluent has strong products and a good market opportunity. Strong contribution is rewarded with above-average compensation. The company is a good size to allow people to feel connected to the business, see the effect of their contributions and have an ability to impact decisions and outcomes.

    Cons

Not a walk in the park. PeopleFluent operate in a fiercely competitive field, and it takes commitment, determination and discipline to succeed. Those who expect an easy ride should look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Keep working hard: Vision is right. Products are competitive. Team is capable. Market offers plenty of opportunity. Execution will drive success.
