they will set you up for a job right away. not bad pay

Cons

once your first job is done, good luck. They don't do much for helping you find another job. Ive been calling daily since my first job was over and they always say they have nothing, its been 4 weeks with no pay. make your pay last because you never know how long you will be till your next job.

Advice to Management

work harder at finding work. keep employees updated

    -Not too much micro management
    -Freedom
    -Companies financials well managed
    -Job security with right manager

    -Temps, temps, temps
    -Hard to sell service because of reputation
    -Fire drill,fire drill,fire drill
    -ineffective sales program shoved down branch's throats
    -Disconnect between corporate and field
    -Lack of upward mobility

    Advice to Management

    Get connected better with what is happening in the field. Don't keep forcing things down branches throats when there is so much people can do in a day.
