No opinion of CEO

Pros

Trend spotters - Sr. management has been good at identifying acquisition targets such as Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Naked Juice, etc to go after key trends in the market.

Cons

In Purchase there's some amount of face time required and I saw people regularly work late. Also, the purchase office isn't Manhattan commuter friendly

Advice to Management

Go beyond packaging changes & formula changes to create more innovative products, not just tweaks of current one's.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit and a great place to gain a lot of experience/knowledge very quickly. There are a lot of great people in the organization whom you can develop great relationships with, who are willing to help you at anytime. This can be seen as both a positive and negative, but PBG is a very lean organization which can lend a hand to great opportunity, but a lot of hours as well.

    Cons

There sometimes is a real lack of work/life balance (and expectations), and there is a lack of growth without relocation. A sink or swim mentality with minimal training and very high expectations.

    Advice to Management

Give more work/life balance and annual increases definetly don't cover cost of living inflation.

    Pros

Recognized in the industry as one of the top companies. Allow you to broaden critical experience within other divisions (Pepsi, Frito Lay, Quaker).

    Cons

Expectations are exceedingly high. Failure is not an option.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to push
