Pros

The environment is very relaxed and the company has a great work/life balance. The managers are very involved and look out for their employees.

Cons

The organization is always changing and management gets switched very quickly at times. It makes it a little hard to get evaluated by one person and prove yourself.

Advice to Management

Try to keep changing manager's down to a minimum because it is hard for employees to form a relationship with them.

    Pros

Great organization with respect to training and work environment

    Cons

Reorganization replaces experienced people with recent college graduates

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    -Great Benefits.
    -Great people to work with.

    Cons

-Seems like a 7-day, 24hour job. ZERO work life balance.
-Your phone can ring at 3am or even on your days off with an employee calling off.
-If your location isn't "properly staffed", then you'll have to run a route. (That undergrad or Master's will really seem important while driving a Frito truck and delivering chips.)
-Expected to complete lots of admin work while trying to exceed sales each week.

    Advice to Management

This entire position needs to be re-evaluated!
