Approves of CEO

Pros

There are definite rooms to grow
They have a good compensation including Share Power (stock option for all employees)
There is a good on-boarding program

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours quite frequently. It can be stressful because multi-tasking is not uncommon. Also, priorities keep changing, resulting in flavor-of-the-month approach.

Advice to Management

AIB program is less useful than most senior managers think. 360 evaluation is not necessarily fair and should be used less frequently

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you can manage to get a position that is rather "independent" and not one as part of a team, then you generally have a job in which you can do as you please as long as the results are there.

    Cons

Too much propaganda! And positions change like a sail in the wind.... And do not deviate from the party line, just applaud and say it is also your opinion if you want to have peace. Serious trust issues between co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Practice what PepsCoi preaches, and hire based on quality - not on nationality, gender, etc.
