    Pros

Great environment to spend most of your waking hours in. Good pay, challenging work and good support from technical staff.

    Cons

Mid level management lacks experience to lead. They seem to be too afraid of the upper management to try to think outside the box to help their team move forward.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pays great. Period. Lots of overtime if you want it.

    Cons

This place is a meat grinder. People in, people out. they don't care how good of a job you do as long as you don't bend or break any of the rules in their precious policy manual. Middle management (resources) are not allowed to use their own discretion and must live or die by the policy manual - which is constantly being changed to "meet business needs". Leadership Team is only concerned about numbers and their bottom line. Very disconnected with the employees at the bottom of the food chain. Constantly trying to drive how "It's a Great Place to be", thinking that if you say it enough you may eventually believe it.

    Advice to Management

Doesn't matter. Advice from people below is generally ignored.
