Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Amazing culture
Hard working front line
Will to win
Strong Brands

Cons

CEO is too busy positioning herself for a role in Obama's administration
Board that is asleep: unwilling to address poor performance from the executive team
Lack of investment in North American business - especially Frito Lay
Weak marketing: at best, a group of fast followers but more like slow followers.

Advice to Management

To the board: dump Indra ASAP

    Pros

The best part about working here is the relationship with my co-workers.

    Cons

One of the things I do not like is the little time we are given to have lunch.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great health benefits. Coverage for a family is comprehensive and affordable. Career advancement is only possible with the right support.

    Cons

Work/life balance gets compromised because of very early morning start times and long days. Be prepared to arrive before 7 AM and not leave before 6 PM.

    Advice to Management

Make time to work with new team members on critical projects to ensure that objectives are properly accomplished.
