I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great leaders, freedom to set your own path, results-driven, genuine commitment to doing business ethically and responsibly, good focus on diversity, great flexible working practices, super place for working Mums (and Dads), international opportunities for high flyers, and a fun, collaborative work environment.

Cons

IT infrastructure is terrible - making improvements, but lack of innovation and connectivity on core infrastructure is frustrating. Formal learning opportunities not well publicised, but there if you go after them.

Advice to Management

Communicate more and be more visible... and in some cases, more authentic.

I worked at PepsiCo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly and supportive management, learnt skill sets in Nielsen and Essbase, got an opportunity to network with the marketing division

    Cons

very hierarchical, work may get routine and boring

    Advice to Management

stronger role to be played by the HR department in helping build a great learning environment during the internship, help integrate internship with full-time opportunities down the line...
