Pros

Many directions to go with your career, endless resources, great people and experiences.

Cons

No line of sight to upcoming possibilities at the lower ranks, very top heavy organization, no insight on who the endless resources are - find out on your own, poor evaluations, poor feedback, incredibly poor merit increase. It is internally known by senior leaders that leaving the company is the best financial option.

Advice to Management

Get your Ps and Qs straight. Stop spending money on travel when you can have a web conference. Instead of traveling and blowing the team budget, take the team out a couple time. Provide feedback and invest in your key players.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

PepsiCo will allow you to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.

    Cons

Management is concerned about their own jobs and maintaining their egos.
Little respect for peoples time, constantly late for meetings.
Arrogance is a way of life.
90% of the time people are working on being involved in internal organizations (i.e. Womens Network) to try and manage upward.

    Advice to Management

Stop the politics and get back to the core of making snack foods and drinks for the consumer.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You are rewarded for you hard work, i came in with a kick ass work ethic and killed sales 2 years in a row, your attitude makes this job good or bad. upper management makes you feel welcome and important, Benifits and pay are great

    Cons

Sales and operations don't work together well at all, truck and warehouse and just enough to get by.

    Advice to Management

New trucks. Mine was built in 1986 and has tons of miles. Pay detailers more to try and reduce turn over.
