I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Pay, solid work. Great people

    Cons

30 bosses in a day. Pepsi takes over your life. Changing management and an end to advancement since the company changed from Pepsi Bottling Group to Pepsi Beverages Company. The hiring from within (front line guys) is basically non existent now. Darnshame I wasted 4 years of my life gaining a bachelors degree.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at your front line guys. They're smart, hard working people who know the business.
