I worked at PepsiCo part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The type of people to work we're a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional but also fun to work with. They had a lot of interns so the age gap wasn't too bad.

    Cons

Working in your cubicle all day with little person interaction wasn't great but I was mostly programming so that might be just how it is.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy to get a day off. Awesome city

    Cons

This company takes MAJOR advantage of it's employees. Cut 401(k)s, cut bonuses, no raises, etc. Yet they spend 50 million on beyonce to dance at the superbowl and give all management iPhones AND iPads. Totally neglects lower level employees.

    Advice to Management

Quit so the company can hire competent management.
