I worked at PepsiCo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Extensive work and responsibilities. Got to experience many different areas of work in the factory. From kitchen to packaging to warehouse. Able to be proud of the work I did.

Cons

Random, last minute working hours. Frequently called in at the last minute on off days to work and also asked to stay for four more hours as just as getting ready to leave. This really diminishes the concept of a 'work-life' balance

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Hardworking people in all areas (sales, warehouse, and production). Most ee passionately care for the company and each other.

    Cons

Too little balance of life, work every Holiday - no comp days. Roles have been consolidated so a warehouse manager is also responsible for facilities management as well as supply chain. Little effort to develop leadership.

    Advice to Management

Train and develop the mid manager and supervisors. Provide balance of life. We all understand that working the holidays and counting every 4th sunday is required but provide comp days.
